Privacy policy
Silver Tide Global Inc, Markham, Ontario, Canada, uses the information you provide to review and respond to business inquiries. Our form collects your name, email and message, plus any company, phone, product and volume details you choose to provide. Formspree processes form submissions and forwards them to our email. We retain inquiry records in Formspree and email for 180 days after receipt, then delete them.
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, navigation and successful inquiry submissions, using browser/device information and analytics cookies. We do not send the contents of your inquiry form to Analytics. Referring website origins and a limited set of public campaign labels help identify traffic sources; arbitrary URL query values are excluded. Advertising personalization is disabled.
Analytics stays off until you accept. Accepting or rejecting is optional and does not affect the website or inquiry form. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Your choice is remembered for 180 days, and analytics cookies are set for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not erase data already collected. Analytics currently retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, with the user period reset by new activity. These settings do not apply to most aggregated reports.
